The Graphic Designer for a Day service is an ongoing design partnership where a full working day is dedicated exclusively to your business or organisation. During this time, all required visual assets are crafted within the agreed timeframe, thoughtfully aligning with your existing brand guidelines:
Brand management across all channels
- Print collateral: brochures, exhibition stands, marketing materials, vehicle decals
- Digital assets: web banners, sustainability reports, guides, digital brochures
- Infographics: icons, diagrams, illustrative visuals, cutaways, process maps
- Templates: creation and maintenance of branded design templates
- Animation: graphic-driven motion design and animations
- Photography: portrait and reference project photography, including photo editing

Satisfaction guarantee: After the first day, the agreement can be cancelled by either party, in which case only the single working day is invoiced.
Any work exceeding the package allowance is billed at €85/h + VAT. Please enquire separately about rates for larger packages. Pricing valid until the end of 2026.
NOTE: The Graphic Designer for a Day service is an ongoing design retainer with a 6-month agreement period. The package can be upgraded to a larger one if needed. The service does not cover logo or brand identity design. Bespoke illustrations, artwork, pattern design, and custom visual elements for interior spaces are also excluded from this service. Graphic Designer for a Day is purely intended for maintaining and subtly refining an established brand. Feel free to request a separate quote for other creative design projects.
